The Heart O' Texas Amateur Radio Club (HOTARC) is a non-profit corporation chartered by the State of Texas and affiliated with the American Radio Relay League (ARRL). Membership is open to licensed amateur radio operators and others with an interest in amateur radio. You are welcome to contact any of the Officers or Directors for further information (see links to email addresses below).
|
HOTARC's Board of Directors consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, the Past President, and three Directors. All officers are elected once a year by the general membership. The Directors are elected to three-year terms, with each Director's term staggered so that one new director is scheduled to be elected every year.
Officers and Directors must be Full Members of HOTARC. All are elected by a simple majority vote of the members present at the Annual Meeting—the last meeting of the year. See our bylaws (links below) for more details.
